Suzanne Ward Megan Dulaney
Suzanne Ward became the first Certified Title Insurance Associate (CTIA) in Bell County. Ms. Ward is a commercial escrow officer with First Community Title and has been in the title business for 11 years. The CTIA is the highest level of certification offered.
Megan Dulaney became a Certified Abstract Examination Associate (CAEA), also a Bell County first. Ms. Dulaney received a Bachelor of Science from A&M and has worked in the title profession for 9 years. She is also with First Community Title, where she is an Acreage/Commercial Examiner.
The Texas Land and Title Association (TLTA) certification program is designed for title professionals with experience and knowledge in both escrow/settlement and examination/abstract areas. This program provides a format for Texas title insurance professionals to demonstrate their knowledge and enhances the professionalism of the industry.
